‘Dreaming’ is a solo piano instrumental track with intricate opening motifs blending with subliminal harmonic changes and elaborate lines, entailing a storytelling experience reminiscent of a fickle yet lasting impression of a dream.

Tell us your inspiration behind this track

A dream is an unchartered reflection of what we absorb. It is fragile, unstructured and yet extremely personal to an individual. It is a place where one can live in the future and relive the past. ‘Dreaming’ is a song woven with reliving the lost memories of a childhood amidst the struggles of adult lives and longing for a future that may not exist.

How long did it take to record the track \album \EP ?

The track was composed over a period of 1 month and was actually written twice. The first draft was rather orchestral and may still be a version that can be worked upon and released in the future!

What is the meaning behind the lyrics?

It is an instrumental track and hence, open to interpretation.

What brings next after this release?

Dreaming is the first track of my debut EP which is currently being recorded and produced.
