Artist Maluscomas is here with his debut album “Other Side of Peace” in a post rock, Pink Floyd inspired music, Depicting different shades of war.

We did an interview with the artist over a cup of coffee about this latest release, here’s what they had to say!

Tell us about your track

Maluscomas’ debut album titled ‘Other Side of Peace’ is an attempt to express different shades of war and everything that comes with it.

Tell us your inspiration behind this track

The album is a concept that covers the theme of war and each song within the album represents a sub-theme revolving around war. You can hear lots of post-rock, prog-rock and pink floyd influences in the album.

How long did it take to record the track album EP ?

Some of the songs Why and Farewell were composed almost 10 years back. The instrumental songs were composed between 2014 to 2018. The album production cycle lasted for about 8-9 months.

What is the meaning behind the lyrics?

The Song Why in the album portrays the feeling of fear that families have to face in a war-prone area. The other track Farewell describes the final curtain call of a soldier in the war field.

What brings next after this release?

A short break and then I’ll be working on some fresh material that I wrote last year.
