Down the memory lane: This is a Psychedelic/Cinematic, Carnatic, Downtempo fusion of the Carnatic Classical masterpiece – Alaipayuthe and the Western Classical – Swan Lake. Heavy on sub-bass, drowning in psychedelic delays & reverbs and drenched with nostalgia, the track starts off with lush strings as a strong reminder of Floyd intros leading to downtempo sub-bass and Carnatic flutes. The song has ample synthesizers and pads for IDM lovers; we are sure you will feel as good about it as the band did creating it.

Tell us your inspiration behind this track

A cinematic soundscape fan, Manuality wanted a sound that was a nod to Floydish/Vangelis-ish tracks. With an ace flutist Rakesh and nerd-in-crime Anirban on bass & synth-percussion the track came together

How long did it take to record the track \album \EP ?

Recording was a 2 day job, conceptualising, fine-tuning and mixing/mastering overall took 2 years!

It is an instrumental track

What brings next after this release?

We are very excited for that! It is a never-attempted before Electronica-Carnatic tribute to Pink Floyd called Dark Side of Brainbow! We have been touring past year & half and fine-tuning it; amazing response altogether.
