In conversation with Muzi BOY about their song KMHJ”

Tell us about your track

The song is about a situation after a heartbreak when you start missing the person, how your life went upside down and all you want is to ask the person ‘what was it all for?’ but it breaks your even more when you realize that you’ll never be able to ask this her/ him

Tell us your inspiration behind this track

We really love the sad-chill genre and always wanted to make a sad-chill song. The inspiration for the song is just a heartbreak and some rain, we didn’t really expected anything out of the session that day 🙂

How long did it take to record the track album EP ?

It took us about 3 weeks to complete the song from scratch, that includes first lyrics and composition, we mostly do it on the guitar. Once that is done we start the production session, the song is finally completed once the mixing and mastering is done, most of our songs are mastered by Animesh Ahire

What is the meaning behind the lyrics?

The meaning behind the lyrics is something we all think but we don’t express it and that’s what our EP – În Seçrets is all about “All the things that remained un-said”. The verse goes “Your eyes and all the things you said are not leaving my head, without you my condition is so bad it cannot be said in words”, the pre-chorus goes ” Gradually all my dreams are dying, only words remained, that too we didn’t share to each other, what is the point to live anyways.” The chorus goes “Why did you do this to me, what did get by separation?”

What brings next after this release?

În Seçrets was a completely random idea, we started dropping the songs of the EP as singles in September and we’ll be ending the EP by the end of August. After the EP we’ll be dropping songs as singles, some collaborations and simultaneously we’ve started working on a full length album, we’re just waiting for the right time. Our audience keep on telling us that we are not consistent enough and we should release songs more often, its not that we don’t want to, its just we do everything on our own and we want everything perfect, that makes the song late. We just wanna say this to everyone please hold on, we’re working very hard. We really appreciate all the love you’ve shown to our work. Love y’all <3
