It took me like a week to finish the whole track.

What is the meaning behind the lyrics?
In short it’s just that I am not in a very good state of emotions but I saw a girl who made me fee like I can be better with her. I am also talking about how I am not good in loving someone but after seeing you I have hopes for me for us.
