Kate Winslet, daughter Mia Threapleton to star in anthology collection ‘I Am’

Oscar winner Kate Winslet will star within the first feature-length episode of “I Am”, an award-winning female-led drama anthology collection from Channel 4.

Based on Deadline, Winslet will co-star together with her daughter Mia Threapleton in “I Am Ruth”.

As with each earlier collection, every three new episodes will probably be named after its lead character, with additional forged and narrative particulars to comply with.

BAFTA-winning filmmaker Dominic Savage has created, written and directed the tales for every movie.

These tales have been developed in a artistic partnership with the main actors, with semi-improvised dialogue.

The collection of distinctive single movies explores the expertise of ladies in moments which might be emotionally uncooked, thought-provoking and private. Filming is about to begin on the finish of April.
