Tell us about your track
I wrote this song for someone very dear to me. I have put my heart out into this one. I wrote this song last year but was hesitant about releasing it. It took me more than 8 months to figure out the kind of production I want on this song so that it resonates with exactly what i felt while writing the song. This song is unique as this is my first English song debut. The song is a rock ballad with a very gentle start and in the midway, the listener is caught with the element of surprise when the rock part comes in. The rock instrumental part of the song conveys strong emotions which I felt while writing the song. Me along with my producer friend Larry sat in the studio on a fine morning and got out at night with a fully produced track. It was amazing how our thoughts matched and the output came out this good.

Tell us your inspiration behind this track
Since childhood, I used to listen to a lot of romantic songs from artists like Enrique, Shayne ward, etc. I think that sound is deeply buried inside my mind. So whenever I compose something, that sound, that feel just kicks in. I believe somewhere deep down, this song is inspired by the songs i used to listen to while i was a kid. Combining it with the recent interest in orchestral music, this track “did you know“ came to life.

How long did it take to record the track \album \EP ?
As I said earlier, it took me a day to write the Lyrics of the song. Another day to compose it. Most time was taken to think about the production of the song. It was very important to get the sound right for this one. It took me 8 months to figure out exactly what instruments I wanted in my track. One day, me and my producer Larry sat down in the studio and produced this track in a day.

What is the meaning behind the lyrics?
It’s a love song. It talks about remembering all the good and bad times with the other half. And how the person is still there and dreams about being together.
