The song ‘Tu hai mila’ is dedicated to every relationship that makes us feel special and grateful whether it is love, friendship or with our pet.
Tell us your inspiration behind this track
This song ‘Tu hai mila’ is very much close to my heart, the reason behind is, I wrote and composed it during the first wave of the Covid-19 pandemic. 2020 being the worst phase of every Artist/Individual, as it hit us all financially, mentally and physically. During that time, where everyone was struggling financially I didn’t have to go through that phase and I can proudly say that it was because of my better half, and I am blessed to have her in my life. She is a corona warrior too, she risked her life for the people of the nation and for us too, and made sure that it doesn’t hit me financially and mentally too. She took great care of our home and me during that toughest phase of life and asked me to focus on my Music. So, to make her feel special, I wrote this song ‘Tu hai mila’ for her. Somewhere I know, that this is nothing in front of what she did and still doing for me. I did it for that single smile, which made my life worth living.
How long did it take to record the track \album \EP ?
As I mentioned, I composed this song during the corona first wave. At that time I didn’t have enough resources to record the track. And that time I was working on two projects under an International collaboration among them one was my debut single ‘Khamoshi’. So immediately after the release of my debut single and the other one with T-Series, I started working on this song, which took me approx 2 weeks to produce, record, mix and master the track.
What is the meaning behind the lyrics?
If I summarise the song, it says how grateful one feels when he/she meets someone who makes the life worth living. And how it feels when you make beautiful moments and experience different colours of life together. And how eagerly you want that time, moments to stay a little longer and never fade. Last but not the least, nothing seems more precious in the whole universe than the one you have, whom you never wanted to lose.
What brings next after this release?
As my wife is an amazing Artist too, so I started working on a project with her which we’ll be releasing soon. Also, I am currently in conversation with some of the renowned music producers of our Industry. So you all will soon get to hear about my upcoming projects from my Instagram.
