Tell us about your track

“Saanware” is a contemporary take on a classic Radha – Krishna bhajan. Acoustic guitar and soulful vocals Layered with beautiful harmonies, take it closer to a fresh Indie song than a folk.

Tell us your inspiration behind this track

The song was inspired by Pandit Kumar Gandharva’s version of this bhajan. His version came to me in during the making of this current debut album – Mudatto Baad, and just felt right to make it a part of the album, with this being the only recreation.

How long did it take to record the track album EP ?

The EP took a year to compose, record and produce.

What is the meaning behind the lyrics?

These folk lyrics express Radha Ji’s love for Lord Krishna, and pretty much are a request for him to come closer.

What brings next after this release?

There are 4 more songs lined up after this release. This is the second one from the 6 song EP. Qatra Qatra – an orginal romantic song is next.
