We made this song for 50 hour music competition and then later decided to add it in the EP

What is the meaning behind the lyrics?

The track talks about how we may feel that we’re king and queens of our lives but we’re just a pawn. We think we have some control over our lives but in reality we’re just reacting to our circumstances.
