Tell us about your track

Our life is but a series of struggles and wins. There are those extraordinary times when nothing seems to make sense, you doubt yourself a little too much and you are faced with challenges from all four corners. The gravity of it just weighs you deep down, and it feels impossible to get up and get moving again. You wake up one fine morning, you feel the air lighter, sun shining brighter and the birds chirping sweeter. It is at that time, when you’ve faced your share of troubled days fairly enough. From your vantage point, you can see a way out. You do not know where exactly it is, but you know it is near you. There is a smile. There is hope. There is a way out.

Tell us your inspiration behind this track

The inspiration for the song came to me while I was facing a tough time balancing doing things that I like and things I don’t like so much, but have no option but to deal with it. It led me into a really bad place and I found out extremely hard to find inspiration again, which led me into a phase of self doubt, anxiety and sleepless nights. The song gave me a way out.

How long did it take to record the track album EP ?

The original idea was recorded in my mini home setup within 24-48 hours. I took a couple of weeks to refine the ideas, by revisiting the project and listening to it over and over.

What is the meaning behind the lyrics?

There can be different interpretation for it, and I’d actually love that. To me, the lyrics to the song mean that despite all the challenges that come our way, we shouldn’t give up and ride the wave as it comes our way.

What brings next after this release?

Another single, which will also be a part of a full length EP/Album.
