Tell us about your track

‘About You,’ which was released on the 8th of July, is a modern pop song. Starting with a catchy guitar lead, the song follows a story-like format. It is a love story where two people reminisce about how they met, and make a promise to stay in each other’s lives forever.

Tell us your inspiration behind this track

I was listening to Shawn Mendes’ early work, and Jeremy Zucker’s supercuts. So, I wanted to make something similar myself. When the production was done, me and my friend Garv Chandalia really felt a love song would make a lot of sense on the beat and started writing and finished the process in barely an hour.

How long did it take to record the track album EP ?

The production took two weeks, writing and composition barely an hour, and the final recording and mix and master took another week. So, the song was ready to release in 3 weeks.

What is the meaning behind the lyrics?

the song follows a story-like format. It is a love story where two people reminisce about how they met, and make a promise to stay in each other’s lives forever.

What brings next after this release?

I have been working on my debut punk album and a couple of hindi singles, so yes that’s upnext!
