Raahi is a track which I made specially for my sister’s wedding. It is a very melodic and happy track with beautiful lyrics and vocals which convey about the feelings of love and commitment

Tell us your inspiration behind this track

The inspiration was to create a happy yet emotional wedding track. The first idea was to create something on the lines of Bollywood wedding songs. As the idea progressed, it turned to more of a fusion of Indian instruments with my style of production. Then I got Aatif on board for the vocals and the lyrics and he did a beautiful job with the lyrics and the vocals.

How long did it take to record the track album EP ?

It took a month to complete the track from scratch.

What is the meaning behind the lyrics?

The lyrics tell a journey of a two people in love. Verse 1 starts with telling that a person has chosen the other one to be his/her partner on their journey. Verse 2 tells that both of them have committed to each other. Verse 3 ends with telling that both of them are so in love that they have become inseparable like Heer Ranjha.

What brings next after this release?

I have a few collabs in various genres like Hip Hop, Hindi Pop, Trap and Dubstep. It is gonna be a very exciting time.
