DateNight 83 is an r&b/pop body of work with a unique blend of modern r&b and a touch of the synth wave sounds from the 80s. The album intends to take you back in time on a date night with your loved one in the 80s

Tell us your inspiration behind this track

The album is inspired by the current synth wave trend brought to light by artists like The Weeknd with his brand new album Dawn FM. You can also hear melodic/song writing/singing style inspiration from artists like Chris Brown, Justin Bieber and Michael Jackson

The album took over 2 weeks to record

What is the meaning behind the lyrics?

Majority of the songs in the project are love songs dedicated to your significant other which are tunes you and your partner could dance to on a date/prom night in the 80s

What brings next after this release?

I am working on a few singles and collaborations with fellow rnb/hiphop artists on various genres like afrobeats, dancehall, retro pop, etc.
